BACKGROUND Ms. Nadine Patrice, Executive Director of Operation Green Leaves request a personal appearance before the City Commission on May 22, 2003 to seek waivers of funds in the amount not to exceed $7,200.00 for the event to be held at Legion Park on June 28, 2003. The administration recommends $6,700.00 be allocated from the Special Events fund for the 5t' annual Fet Champet 2003 event. This event will bring together neighbors, friends, co-workers and families for a day of Haitian, Caribbean and Latin culture.
