AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING PAGE NO. 24 OF
THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401,
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-2 TWO-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1415
NORTHWEST 7TH COURT AND 735 NORTHWEST 14TH
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN
ATTACHED "EXHIBIT A;" CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meetinof "4,
2003, Item No. 4, following han advertised hear'ng, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 2003-0696, bya nine to zero (9 t�s�0) vote,
thus constituting a RECOMMENDATIO OF APPRO4L for a change of
zoning classification, as hereinafjzi�k ��t V<A-ih;
