This memorandum serves to acknowledge the City Commission directive that the discussion of 29th Year CDBG Housing Development policy be continued at the April 10, 2003 City Commission meeting. The Request for Proposals (RFP) for ESG and CDBG Program funds, excluding housing development activities, was released to the general public yesterday, March 31, 2003, in accordance with the approved 291h Year Planning Calendar.
