"MIAMI CITY CEMETERY PROCESSION AND COMMEMORATIVE
SERVICE" TO BE HELD ON APRIL 27, 2003, AS DETERMINED
BY THE CITY MANAGER.
Mr. Manager it is my understanding that a request was made by Mrs. Enid
Pinkney asking the City of Miami to provide the trust with the following services.
1. Permit
2. Insurance coverage
3. Tents
4. Chairs & Tables
5. Podium, Microphones, and Support Staff
6. Police Escort from St. Agnes Church to the Miami Cemetary and back.
7. Fee Waiver
8. Proclamations for the Pioneer Families

3:00 p.m.: Procession to the cemetery lead by the
Progressive Cornet Band.
The Commemorative Service will begin following the procession.
Essay Contest Awards will be presented at the Cemetery Site
Refreshments will be served.
