Mr. Manager it is my understanding that a request was made by Mrs. Enid Pinkney asking the City of Miami to provide the trust with the following services. 1. Permit 2. Insurance coverage 3. Tents 4. Chairs & Tables 5. Podium, Microphones, and Support Staff 6. Police Escort from St. Agnes Church to the Miami Cemetary and back. 7. Fee Waiver 8.
