WITH ATTACHMENT, AMENDING PAGE NO. 24 OF
THE ZONING ATLAS OF ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM (R-4)
"MULTIFAMILY HIGH-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" TO
(C-1) "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL" FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1700
NORTHWEST 14TH AVENUE, 1635, 1641 AND 1701
NORTHWEST 15TH AVENUE, 1601 NORTHWEST 15TH
STREET ROAD, AND 1401 AND 1479 NORTHWEST
16TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING
FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND 6RIDG
