ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE
MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN,
BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1700
NORTHWEST 14TH AVENUE, 1635, 1641 AND 1701
NORTHWEST 15TH AVENUE, 1601 NORTHWEST 15TH
STREET ROAD AND 1401,1479 NORTHWEST 16TH
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "HIGH-DENSITY
MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Adviso B r its meeting
of November 20, 2002, Item No. 4, flow n advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PA 85-02 y a vote of eight to
zero (8-0), RECOMME ING APPR L o amending Zoning Ordinance
No. 10544 as hereinafte set f th; and
WHEREAS, the City Com is io after care consideration of

general e a e of C'ty Miami and its 'nhabi ants to amend
Ordinanc No. 054 h reinafter set forth;
