AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1700 NORTHWEST 14TH AVENUE, 1635, 1641 AND 1701 NORTHWEST 15TH AVENUE, 1601 NORTHWEST 15TH STREET ROAD AND 1401,1479 NORTHWEST 16TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "HIGH-DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
