Our request is that you work closely with the others to accommodate the allocation of funding for the Pilot Outreach Program. This initiative is designed to assist et -offenders (and AIDS victims) in setting up small businesses primarily in the Model City area. This project is ideal because it would provide employment and other opportunities for residents of this blighted area.
