The following projects have passed pre-screen with respect to a special permit application submitted by this Firm in reliance on the existing standards pursuant to Miami 21 Article 5, as applicable to the property, in advance of formal consideration and/or adoption of this Ordinance by the City Commission and should respectfully be considered vested and allowed to proceed under current side/rear setback standards.
