Director - Public Works
Department of Resilience and
Public Works ENCLOSURES:
Item CA.13 on the January 12, 2023 requests authorization to accept thirteen (13) Right -of -Way deeds of
dedication for Right-of-way purposes. While the Agenda Summary Form and Exhibit reflect the
thirteen (13) deeds, the Legislation inadvertently published reflecting six (6) deeds instead of thirteen
(13) due to combination of similar items from two commission agendas: Dec. 2022 and Jan. 12, 2023.
The attached substitution corrects the legislation.
