Federal regulations governing CDBG, and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with
reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition,
the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the city program(s) as indicated below: * t
1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the approval of the Affordable Housing Strategies as recommended by the
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee ("AHAC") and as required by Section 420.9076, Florida Statutes.
2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the approval of a Substantial Amendment to the City of Miami's Annual
Action Plan for FY 2021-2022 to include the HOME -ARP Plan.
3. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of CDBG economic development funds in the total amount
of $636,868.00 from Fiscal Year 2022-23 in the economic development category, to the Department of Parks and
Recreation to be used for park improvement activities, as described below:

4. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of CDBG funds for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, in the amount of
$616,268.00, and the amount of $1,433,690.00 from previous years' economic development category for a total amount
of $2,049,958.00 to Department of Real Estate and Asset Management ("DREAM") for the acquisition of real property
located at 5 Southwest South River Drive and 27 Southwest South River Drive, Miami, to be utilized as a park.

authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
t t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begin on
Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and ends on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City
Commission for approval on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami
Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address).
Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later
than December 6, 2022. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the
handicapped. Requests for special accommodations may be directed at 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the
public hearing date.
