Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with
reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition,
the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the city program(s) as indicated below: * t
1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of CDBG in the economic development funds in the amount
of $454,107.00 to the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management ("DREAM") as described below:

Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of the additional Emergency Rental Assistance 2 (`ERA 2")
funds in the amount of $5,518,130.34 from United States Department of the Treasury and authorizing the allocation of
such funds to provide assistance to eligible household through the existing City's Emergency Rental Assistance
Program.
Discuss and proposed resolution by a four -fifths (4/5ths) affirmative vote, after an advertised public hearing, ratifying,
approving, and confirming the City Manager's finding that competitive negotiation methods and procedures are not
practicable or advantageous, pursuant to section 18-85(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended; waiving
the requirements for said procedures; authorizing the allocation of funds, in the amount of $150,500.00 to Catholic
Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc/Meyers Center, Inc.
* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s),
authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
t t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begin on
Tuesday, October 18, 2022, and ends on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City
Commission for approval on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami
Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address).
Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later
than November 15, 2022. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the
handicapped. Requests for special accommodations may be directed at 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the
public hearing date.
