Hannon, City Clerk FROM: Victoria Mendez, City Attorney`_� DATE: October 18, 2022 RE: Resolution No. R-22-0340 — Ratify AFSCME 1907 File No. 12453 for Collective Bargaining Agreement - At its September 8, 2022, meeting, the City Commission adopted the above referenced agenda item, RE.1, approving, subject to ratification by the respective union, the Amendment to Article 52.9, titled "Pension", of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, between the City of Miami and the Miami General Employees American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Local 1907, AFL-CIO, in effect for the period of October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2023. The item inadvertently published with an incorrect description of the effective date. The Legislation has been corrected and incremented to Revision A. C ' If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten (10) calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
