RE: Emergency Ordinance 14058 — Temporary Banners Program
File No. 11748
At its April 14, 2022 meeting, the City Commission adopted the above referenced agenda
item, EO.1, authorizing deviations from the standards for "Temporary Banners" set forth in
Chapter 62/Article XIII/Division 8 of the Code of City of Miami, Florida, as amended, titled
"Planning and zoning/planning and zoning approval for temporary uses and occupancies; permit
required/temporary banners," for such permits issued within a portion of the Central Business
District for display in connection with the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix between April 15, 2022,
and May 15, 2022, and establishing terms and conditions to regulate the activities for the
Temporary Banners. The item inadvertently printed with the incorrect application fee listed in
Section 6. Further, the file version was inadvertently incremented prior to the March 24, 2022,
City Commission Meeting and no changes are reflected in the legislation between the original
version and Revision C.
The Legislation has been corrected and incremented to Revision D.
