McKenzie strongly believes in and supports this effort because of our love for all of Miami's neighborhoods, and we are excited by the opportunity to help influence the positive development of the historic neighborhood. The zoomed in focus we have had on this single building in Overtown has provided us with insight into bow design can help uncover the inherent value of an existing structure with historic significance. Our team has developed a new narrative for the building through creative programming on both its interior and exterior. We believe that our interaction with the old New Providence Lodge can set the tone for future development engagement in the neighborhood by allowing the renovated building to be a model for others to follow.
