We are pleased to submit this cost breakdown for Additional Design and Construction Services on the above
referenced project located 920 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL.
Upon completing demolition we discovered that the SW corner of the building was constructed without
foundation/footer or concrete slab on grade. This unforeseen condition requires additional work beyond
our scope. We must remove the existing asphalt floor, remove the existing CMU walls, remove existing fill
to approx. 4"- 6" below grade and compact. We will then pour a steel reinforced footer, Build CMU Walls,
pour slab on grade. This area is approximately 900 sf.
Primary Construction, Inc. needs this change order executed to perform the work shown in the table below:
