Upon completing demolition we discovered that the SW corner of the building was constructed without foundation/footer or concrete slab on grade. This unforeseen condition requires additional work beyond our scope. We must remove the existing asphalt floor, remove the existing CMU walls, remove existing fill to approx. 4"- 6" below grade and compact. We will then pour a steel reinforced footer, Build CMU Walls, pour slab on grade. This area is approximately 900 sf.
