This law firm represents Minor Street LP 1 (the "Appellant"), the
owner of the property located at 7101 NE 10 Avenue and 1000 NE 72
Street (collectively, the "Property") in the City of Miami (the "City"). This
letter serves as an additional update related to the community outreach
efforts of the Appellant in anticipation of the City Commission's July 28,
2022 consideration of the appeal of Resolution HEPB-R-21-025 (the
"Appeal").
The Appellant team continues to conduct significant outreach
related to the Appeal. As a result of these outreach efforts, enclosed
please find 114 letters of support from the Bayside Historic District and
surrounding area.

Avenue and 1000 NE 72 Street reached out to me t explain the proposed
development related to those parcels. The newest plans in front of you, offering
numerous concessions to the neighbors, has earned my support.
I have reviewed the current plans and renderings for the proposed project. The
property owners' agreement to reduce the home sizes, major changes to roof lines,
and landscaping have created a project that is compatible with our neighborhood.
Based on the foregoing, I support the proposed design and ask the City Commission
to grant the appeal and approve PZ-20-7931.
