Mr. Bullard and Mr. Elamin will appear before the Board, per the
attached request, to discuss parking issues raised by the City
of Miami Department of Economic Development, as it relates to,
ongoing discussions regarding moving the Overtown NET Office to
the 1st floor of the Masonic Lodge, located at 937 NW 3rd
Avenue, Miami.

Dear Mr. Rollason
The Brothers of New Providence Lodge would like to request that the following
item be included in September's CRA Board meeting.
In our ongoing negations with the NET office to lease the first floor of our
building (937 N.W. 3 Ave), the availability of designated parking at the above -
mentioned parking lot has surfaced as a concern. Therefore, we would like to
request that 16 parking spaces at said parking lot be designated for use by
Overtown NET and it employees form 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. with two of the proposed
parking space designated for 24 hour use.
At your earliest convenience please confirm our addition to the agenda by

5663. You may also contact them with any questions or concerns.
