In our ongoing negations with the NET office to lease the first floor of our building (937 N.W. 3 Ave), the availability of designated parking at the above - mentioned parking lot has surfaced as a concern. Therefore, we would like to request that 16 parking spaces at said parking lot be designated for use by Overtown NET and it employees form 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. with two of the proposed parking space designated for 24 hour use. At your earliest convenience please confirm our addition to the agenda by contacting Sherman Bullard at 305 -576 -2617 or Richard Elamin at 786 -253- 5663.
