SEOPW/OMNI CRA R- O 3 r 3 4 A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST AND OMNI COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES (the "MIAMI CRA's"), HEREBY AgCCEPTING THE STATUS REPORT ON PENDING LEGAL AGREMENTS FROM GENERAL COUNSEL. WHEREAS, the CRA General Counsel wishes to inform the Board of Directors of all pending CRA legal agreements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST AND OMNI COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2.
