RESOLUTION NO. V - 8 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA") DIRECTING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO DOCUMENT IN FILM, VIDEO
AND PRINT THE EXISTING HOMELESS SITUATION AS
IT EXISTS WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA, ON A
MONTHLY BASIS, BUT NOT FOR LESS THAN A
TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD, UNTIL THE RESOLUTION OF
THE HOMELESS SITUATION WITHIN THE CPA
REDEVELOPMENT AREA IS ACHIEVED; FURTHER
INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO MAKE
MONTHLY REPORTS AVAILABLE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CRA AND TO THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI AND THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
SECTIONS 163.380 AND 163.370(K), FLORIDA
STATUTES, WHEN APPLICABLE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are incorporated herein as if fully
set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Board of Directors directs the Executive
Director to document in film, video and print the existing
homeless situation .as it exists within the redevelopment area,

on a monthly basis, but not for less than a twelve-month period,
until the resolution of the homeless situation within the CRA
redevelopment area is achieved.
Section 3. The Executive Director is further directed
to make monthly reports available to the Board of Directors of
the CRA and to the Mayor OF the City of Miami and the Miami City
Commission, in compliance WITH the requirements of Sections
163.380 and 163.370(k), Florida Statutes, when applicable.
Section 4. This resolution shall be effective
immediately upon its adoption.

OVERTOWN/PARK WEST (SEOPW) COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
(CRA), DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO DOCUMENT IN FILM,
VIDEO AND PRINT THE EXISTING HOMELESS SITUATION AS IT EXISTS
WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA ON A MONTHLY BASIS UNTIL THE
RESOLUTION OF THE HOMELESS SITUATION WITHIN THE CRA
REDEVELOPMENT AREA IS ACHIEVED, BUT NOT FOR LESS THAN A TWELVE
(12) MONTH PERIOD; FURTHER INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
MAKE MONTHLY REPORTS AVAILABLE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CRA AND TO THE MAYOR AND THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION IN
FURTHERANCE OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES §163.380
AND § 163.370(K), WHEN APPLICABLE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 2. The CRA Board of Directors hereby direct the Executive Director to document
in film, video and print the existing homeless situation as it exists within the redevelopment area on a
monthly basis until the resolution of the homeless situation within the CRA redevelopment area is
achieved, but not for less than a twelve (12) month period; further instructing the Executive Director
to make monthly reports available to the Board of Directors of the CRA and to the Mayor and the
Miami City Commission in furtherance of the requirements of Florida Statutes §163.380 and
§ 163.370(k), when applicable.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption.
