I have reviewed the package and find that one invoice, as attached, totaling $600 is not related to this parking lot. As a result the actual amount due to Community Development is $k31,569.56. As this parking lot is a part of the 3`d Avenue Corridor Project with special funding: of $3.OM designated from CDBG, the CRA has plans to reimburse the CDBG dollars spent in its construction before P5 is Nd. Attached for your review and approval is the documentary support of the actual amounts spent and to be refunded.
