A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE OMNI COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
("CRA") AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TO REQUEST OF THE CITY MANAGER FOR THE CITY
OF MIAMI ASSISTANCE FROM THE CITY OF MIAMI
ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT FOR DISPOSITION
OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CPA INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, PARKING LOT P-5; AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO FULLY
REIMBURSE THE ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
FOR ALL REASONABLE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
SUCH ASSISTANCE, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ANY
SALE OF THE CPA PROPERTY SHALL BE ON TERMS
AND CONDITIONS SATISFACTORY TO THE CRA IN
ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami approved and adopted the Omni
Community Redevelopment Plan pursuant to Resolutions No. 86-868
and 86-6077 (the "Redevelopment Plan"); and
WHEREAS, the CRA is responsible for carrying out community
redevelopment activities and projects in the CRA Redevelopment
Area established pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan; and

WHEREAS, the CRA desires the assistance of the City of
Miami Asset Management Department, through the City Manager, for
the disposition of CRA property on terms and conditions
satisfactory to the CRA in its sole discretion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE OMNI COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are incorporated herein as if fully
set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Board of Directors authorizes the
Executive Director to request of the City Manager for the City
of Miami assistance from the City of Miami Asset Management
Department for disposition of real property owned by the CRA
including, without limitation, parking Lot P-5.
Section 3. The Board of Directors further authorizes
the Executive Director to fully reimburse the Asset Management
Department for all reasonable costs associated with such
assistance, provided, however, that any sale of the CRA property
shall be on terms and conditions satisfactory to the CRA in its
sole discretion.

Section 4. The Resolution shall be effective upon its
adoption.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the CRA Board approve the attached resolution approving that the CRA
i) request the assistance of the Asset Management Department of the City of Miami ("AMD"),
through the City Manager, in connection with the disposition of real property owned by the CRA,
and ii) fully reimburse the AMD for all reasonable costs associated with such assistance,
provided, however, that any sale of real property owned by the CRA Property shall be on terms
and conditions satisfactory to the CRA in its sole discretion.
BACKGROUND
A resolution of the Board of Directors of the CRA approving that the CRA i) request the
assistance of the Asset Management Department of the City of Miami ("AMD"), through the City
Manager, in connection with the disposition of real property owned by the CRA, and ii) fully
reimburse the AMD for all reasonable costs associated with such assistance, provided, however,
that any sale of real property owned by the CRA Property shall be on terms and conditions
satisfactory to the CRA in its sole discretion.
