FILE: June 8, 2001 SUBJECT: REFERENCES: 60011► 1111%CL • Special CRA Board Meeting on CRA Budget A special CRA Board Meeting on the CRA Budget and Minor Object Codes has been scheduled for Thursday, June 14, 2001 at 2:15 pm in the Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami. Florida 33131. The meeting Is being called to discuss the following items: 1. Resolution to correct "Schrivner's Errors" regarding minor budget codes designations for previous CPA Board resolutions: 2. Resolution to amend and modify SEOPW Resolution CRA R-01-51 which was modified to include a Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan Study for the SEOPW Redeveloment district so that is one basic scope under Dover Kohl, Inc as it relates to the updating of the Redevelopment Plan and the adjustment of the CRA Boundades, and further requesting that the designated consultants consider the alternative boundary adjustment by creating a third CRA (utilizing the DDA model) and designating, as additional consultants, Richard Judy and Guillermo Olmedillo, and requesting a preliminary Redevelopment Plan report within 60 days. 3. Report by CRA Counsel regarding litigation with Miami -Dade County, and designation of Special Counsel Warmest regards.
