A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA") ACCEPTING THE
CITY OF MIAMI'S OFFER OF CONVEYANCE OF TITLE
FOR THE PROPERTY AT 224 NORTH WEST 12Tx
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND REQUESTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE THE LEGAL
INSTRUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF
TITLE FOR THE PROPERTY TO THE CPA.
WHEREAS, on April 26, 2000, the City of Miami acquired real
property with the legal description of Lot 4, Block 10 of SOST's
SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book B, at Page 27, of the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida (the "Property");
and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami wishes to now convey the
Property to the CRA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are incorporated herein as if fully
set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Board of Directors accepts the City of
Miami's offer of conveyance of title to the CRA of property with
the legal description of Lot 4, Block 10 of SOST's SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 27, of the Public Records of
Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Section 3. The Board of Directors requests the City
Attorney to prepare the necessary document(s) for conveyance of
title for the property from the City of Miami to the CRA.
Section 4. The Resolution shall be effective upon its
adoption.

("CRA'') APPROVING THE CRA' S ACCEPTANCE
OF THE CONVEYANCE FROM THE CITY OF MIAMI
OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 224 NORTHWEST
12T" STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS LEGALLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN; DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENT (S) FOR CONVEYANCE AND
ACCEPTANCE OF SAID PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, on April 26, 2000, the City of Miami acquired

Redevelopment Agency (the " CRA "); and
WHEREAS, the CRA wishes to accept the conveyance if the
Property from the City of Miami.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:

Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in
the Preamble to this Resolution and incorporated herein as

Section 2. The conveyance to the CRA of the City of
Miami property located at 224 Northwest 12th Street, Miami,
Florida, legally described as Lot 4,Block 10 of SOST'S
SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book B, t Page 27, of the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida (the
-'Property''), is hereby authorized. -
Section 3. The City Attorney is directed to prepare
the necessary document (s) for conveyance of said Property
from the City of Miami and for acceptance by the CRA.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective
upon its adoption.

It is respectively requested that the Board of Directors authorize the Executive Director to accept. the
conveyance of Lot 4, Block 10 of SOST'S Subdivision as set forth in the Resolution without any liens of
the City of Miami.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of the transfer by the City is to use the transferred property for a project of the CRA
redevelopment plan approved by the Board of Directors
