(a) CRA is attempting to avoid use of this strip of property. If acquisition is mandatory, eminent
domain will be most likely used due to demands of the owner or an agent of the owner.
(b) May be required to use eminent domain in order to obtain a clean title for two of the three lots.
(c) Negotiations to date are acceptable to CRA and owner.
(d) Appears that eminent domain must be used due to bankruptcy issues, locating owners or inability to
contact owners.
(e) Excessive demands over appraisal value that at this time requires eminent domain.
(f) Most likely property will be required by negotiations essential to the New Arena Square Development.
