appraisal services for the CRA owned property located at 75 NW 8th Street,
Miami (location of the Arena Towers Apartments property). Please confirm your

I have reviewed your request for an Appraisal Report on the land parcel under the Arena
Towers Rental Apartments.
The Appraisal Report would be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the
Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) and the appraisal requirements of
the City of Miami. The report would consider the existing land lease in conjunction with
the operation of the building.
The report would take a period of approximately three weeks to complete from the date
of authorization. The fee would not exceed $2,000.

RE: REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL BID$ Arena Tower Land Site
In reference to your request for proposal for the real estate
appraisal for the CRA-owned land located at 75 Northwest eth
Street, leased to the owner of Arena Towers Apartments under long
tern lease.
1. I propose to perform a complete narrative real estate
appraisal for the purpose of estimating the current market
value of the above described land site upon receipt of Written
notice to proceed. I estimate the time required to complete
the Appraisal Assignment at three (3) weeks, (21 days).
2. I propose to perform the Real Estate Appraisal Assignment,
and deliver five (5) copies of the completed appraisal
report setting for the Market value estimate for the subject
land site for the appraisal fees as follows:
TOTAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL FEE: $ 3,000.00
3. The hourly rate and daily rates for Expert Witness
Testimony in Eminent Domain Procedures is $95.00 per
hour, and $720 per day.
4. A copy of my Professional Qualifications and Experience,
and adherence to City of Miami Ordinance No. 10062 is on
file with your office.

-Arena Towers Apartments-CRA owned land, Miami, Florida.
Dear Mr. Donmez:
Following your request of November 20, 1996 regarding the property
of reference, we advise you of our terms and conditions.
We will furnish your office with three (3) copies of narrative
appraisal reports, estimating the Market Value of the subject
property, in "as is" condition within one (2.5) weeks from award,
which is the date of engagement by your office. The appraisal work
will comply with the minimum standards of the Appraisal Institute
as well as the USPAP and City of Miami-CRA appraisal instructions
to appraisers.
The estimated total fee for the work is $4,850.00 and the form of
payment is 100% at completion and delivery of the reports.
To expedite the appraisal work, we need the following information
if available and if applicable. Survey, and rent roll and/or any
other avaible information that will assist us in the appraisal
work. A
