F n City Clerk INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM August 28, 1996 Request for Communication Technician for CRA Meeting on September 16, 1996 The OMNI/CRA is scheduled to meet on Monday, September 16,1996 at 7 p.m. in the Grand Condominium/Double Tree Hotel, 1717 North Bayshore Drive. We request that you direct a staff person from your Communication Division to pickup the necessary audio equipment from City Hall, and install it in the above -cited location for the meeting of September 16th. We will also again need two (2) podium microphones, and two (2) remote microphones. It is respectfully requested that your communication staff ensure the safe return of our equipment to City Hall at the end of said meeting. We will be using the usual configuration for the placement of chairs, tables, our recording equipment, as well as the seating arrangement for the CRA and the City staff.
