We request that you direct a staff person from your Communication Division to test the equipment in City Hall Chambers prior to said meeting and remain present during the meeting to ascertain that the equipment will function properly. It is respectfully requested that your communication staff ensure the safe return of our equipment to City Hall at the end of said meeting. We will be using the usual configuration for the placement of chairs, tables, our recording equipment, as well as the seating arrangement for the CRA and the City staff.
