SUBJECT : Request for Advertisement In the
Miami Herald re CRA Meetings.

Pursuant to Resolution 86-998, It Is necessary for the City Manager or his designee to approve
all requests for notices of public hearing advertisements appearing in the Miami Herald.
It has been requested by the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Miller
Dawkins, that the attached notice of SEOPW and OMNI/CRA meeting be advertised In the
Miami Herald Local Section.
The City of Miami Community Redevelopment Agency Office has given this office the
designated expenditure index/minor object/project code (640101-287-670001) for payment of
said advertisement.
If the aforementioned request meets with your approval, please sign in the space provided
hereinbelow:

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
PLEASE ALL TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Miami Commission in its
capacity as the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), will hold
the next CRA Board Meeting for the Southeast Overtown/Park West
Redevelopment District at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American
Drive, in the City Commission Chambers, on June 18, 1996, at 7:00
P.M.
The next CRA Board Meeting for the Omni Redevelopment District,
will be held on June 24, 1996, at 7:00 P.M., in the Grand
Doubletree Hotel and Grand Condominium, 1717 N. Bayshore Drive,
Miami, Florida.
Valet parking will be available at The Grand Condominium and The
Doubletree Grand Hotel on Biscayne Bay, 1717 N. Bayshore Drive.
Parking is also available in the Omni parking garage, and there
is limited off-street parking adjacent to Mary Pace Park.
All decisions made by this board will become a part of the
official public records.
