These Services are to be provided by Greater Miami Service Corps., a company, qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 810 NW 28th Street, Miami, FL 33127. Arcia Agenda Coordinator C: Nzeribe Ihekwaba, Ph.D., P.E., Deputy City Manager CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 9.00 A.M. in the City Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33013, for the purpose of MLK Boulevard Beautification Services ("Services"), and for waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of landscaping services for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. These Services are to be provided by Greater Miami Services Corps., a company, qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 810 NW 28th Street, Miami, Florida 33127. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez, CPPO, Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910. All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
