RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this Ly — day of A.D. 2022, between
NW 34TH STREET HOLDING, LLC, a Florida Limited Liabilify Company, existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, having its principal place of business in the county of Miami -Dade, State
of Florida, and whose address is 5735 NE 2 Avenue, Miami, FL 33137, grantor, and the CITY OF
MIAMI, a Florida municipal corporation, P.O. Box 330708, Coconut Grove Station, Miami, FL
33233-0708, of the County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida, grantee.
WITNESSETH that the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee,
its successors in interest, for the purpose of a public highway and/or road and other purposes
incidental or related thereto, all right, title, interest, claim or demand of the said grantor, in and to
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Miami -Dade and the State
of Florida, to wit:
See attached EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
And the said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
It is the intention of the said grantor hereto by this instrument to convey to the said grantee,
and its successors in interest, the land herein described for use as a public right-of-way.
