The City Manager is authorized' to accept the Grant Funds for FY 2021-2022 from the Grantor for the Project. Section 3. The City Manager is authorized' to appropriate the City Match for FY 2021- 2022. Section 4. The City Manager is authorized' to negotiate and execute a Grant Agreement with the Grantor and any and all other necessary documents, applications, renewals, extensions, and modifications, all in forms acceptable to the City Attorney, for the Project and the acceptance of the Grant Funds. Section 5. The City Manager is authorized' to create the necessary accounting structure to provide for the acceptance and expenditure of the Grant Funds in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
