The NET offices are the best department in the city. There you can get answers to just about everything. They know your neighborhood and can help make it better. They also send pertinent information about city issues, meetings, traffic closures, upcoming events, and special events. This has to stop. It is dangerous for our population. I remember when there was prostitution rampant in our city in the upper Eastside and MiMo area. The neighbors complained and finally it was cleared up.
