PUBLIC HEARING
Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 9:00 A.M.
Federal regulations governing CDBG, HOME and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide
citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/or amendment of HUD
programs. In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s)
as indicated below: * T
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement, in a
form acceptable to the City Attorney, between the City of Miami ("City") and RF Construction Group, Inc., a
Florida Profit Corporation ("Developer'), the responsive and responsible winning bidder for request for proposal
("RFP") No. HCD 2021-04, issued on May 19, 2021, by the City's Department of Housing and Community
Development, for the development of Single Family Homes on certain City of Miami owned parcels of land, as
described in Exhibit "A", with funds from Home Investment Partnership program ("HOME"), homeownership zone,
reserve account; authorizing an additional ten percent (10%) of the funds for contingencies, for a total allocation
of $1,716,322.00, as described below:

* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/
amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
t t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 5 days. The review and comment period
begin, Friday, October 22, 2021 and ends Wednesday, October 27. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/amendment(s) will
be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, October 28, 2021 (Virtual Public Hearing) as authorized by HUD.
