The item inadvertently contained an incorrect description of the effective date of the Resolution in Section 4. The Legislation has been corrected and incremented to Revision A. WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. R-20-0135 adopted on April 30, 2020, the City of Miami ("City") allocated supplemental Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS ("HOPWA- CW) funds for Fiscal Year ("FY") 2019-20 in the amount of $1,684,063.00 under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act; and WHEREAS, there is a need to reallocate the unexpended funds to the agencies and activities specified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, to provide rental assistance, supportive services, and other eligible activities to address the impact of the Novel Coronavirus pandemic among eligible low-income individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS; WHEREAS, the City's Administration recommends the reallocation of HOPWA_qCV unexpended funds for FY 2019-20 as specified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporand; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CZT�y O�' MIAMI, FLORIDA: Ti f ] S" Section 1. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
