CITY COMMISSION MEETING
Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 9:00 A.M.
Federal regulations governing CDBG, and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens
with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs.
In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as
indicated below: *t
1. Discuss and proposed resolution allocating Emergency Rental Assistance program 2 ("ERA2") funds in an amount
of $22,779,317.10 from the United States Department of the Treasury and approving the program summary for
the City of Miami's Emergency Rental Assistance program and ERA2 to provide financial assistance and housing
stability to eligible households.
2. Discuss and proposed resolution to award the conveyance with affordable housing restrictions and automatic
reverter provisions, certain City of Miami -owned properties located at 750 NW 70 Street and 754 NW 70 Street,
Miami, Florida, to Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation for the rehabilitation and utilization of the units
exclusively for affordable housing for low-income persons.
3. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the reallocation of Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG")
funds, in the amount of $524,999.30 from the Department of Housing and Community Development to the
aaencies and/or departments, specified in below, for public service activities, for Proqram Year 2021-2022.

begin, Friday, October 8, 2021 and ends Wednesday, October 13, 2021. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/amendment(s)
will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, October 14, 2021 (Public Hearing) as authorized by HUD.
