OMNI CRA RESOLUTION 8989 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA") AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"), IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE GENERAL COUNSEL, BETWEEN THE CRA AND DAMODAR S. OMNI CRA RESOLUTION 10943 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA") CREATING AN OPEN SPACE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSES OF ELIMINATING SLUM AND BLIGHT IN THE CRA'S REDEVELOPMENT AREA ("PROGRAM"); ALLOCATING ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) FOR THE PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO DISBURSE FUNDS, AT HIS DISCRETION, AS A GRANT TO BUSINESS ENTITIES OR AS A REIMBURSEMENT LOAN TO BUSINESS ENTITIES OR DIRECTLY TO VENDORS UPON PRESENTATION OF INVOICES AND/ OR SATISFACTORY DOCUMENTATION TO QUALIFYING BUSINESSES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. 10.
