Pursuant to Resolution No.21-0256, adopted June 24, 2021, the Miami City Commission approved PY2021-2022 CDBG program categories, allocating the amount of $853,386.15 and the amount of $29,410.72 from previous year program income for a total amount of $882,796.87 in the Public Service category. The City's Administration recommends the allocation for PY2021-2022 CDBG funds, from HUD entitlement grant funds in the amount of $853,386.15 and in the amount of $29,410.72 from previous year program income for a total amount of $882,796.87 in the Public Service category, to the agencies specified in Attachment "A", attached and incorporated, for Public Service activities beginning October 1, 2021. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The allocation of PY 2021-2022 CDBG funds in the amount of $853,386.15 and $29,410.72 from the previous year's program income, for a total amount of $882,796.87 in the Public Service category, to the agencies specified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, for Public Service activities beginning October 1, 2021 is authorized.' Section 3. The City Manager is authorized' to negotiate and execute any and all necessary documents, including amendments, extensions, and modifications, all in forms acceptable to the City Attorney, subject to all federal, state, and local laws that regulate the use of such funds, for said purpose. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
