HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice to the PublicCITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements for the purposes of accepting a gift of thirty percent (30%) of the generated revenue from a cryptocurrency called MiamiCoin, from Citycoins Inc. ("CityCoins"), a Delaware not for profit organization, and in partnership with the CityCoins Foundation, located at 5101 Santa Monica Boulevard, Ste 8 PMB 540, Los Angeles, CA 90029. Inquiries from other potential vendors who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item you may contact Annie Perez, CPPO, Director of Procurement/Chief Procurement Officer, at the City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-191a The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
