CITY COMMISSION MEETING

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide
citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD
programs. In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City
program(s) as indicated below: *t
1. Discuss and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami's Annual Action Plan for fiscal year ("FY") 2021-2022;
authorizing the City Manager to submit the Annual Action Plan for FY: 2021-2022 to the United States Department of Housing
and Urban Development for review and approval.

2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of Emergency Rental Assistance 2 ("ERA 2") funds in an
amount of $22,779,317.10 from the United States Department of the Treasury ("Treasury") and authorizing the allocation of
such funds to provide assistance to eligible households as stipulated in the guidance from the Treasury.
" The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/
amendment(s). authorizes the Citv Manaaer to draft/amend the appropriate Citv of Miami Action Plan.
f f This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 5 days. The review and comment period
begin, Friday, July 16, 2021 and ends Wednesday, July 21, 2021. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/amendment(s) will be
presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, July 22, 2021 (Public Hearing) as authorized by HUD.
