Background Information: The Department of Resilience and Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public right-of-way for widening of City streets, has received five (5) Right -of -Way Deeds and one (1) Quit Claim Right -of -Way Deed of dedication proffered by various entities pursuant to Section 54-58 of the City Code. The Department has reviewed these deeds and has received legal counsel concerning said Resolution, and has determined that thev are now in order for acceotance by the Citv Commission.
