ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE ACREAGE DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL
PROPERTIES LOCATED BETWEEN INTERSTATE 195 ON THE NORTH,
INTERSTATE 95 ON THE WEST, NORTHWEST 29TH STREET ON THE SOUTH, AND
NORTH MIAMI AVENUE ON THE EAST, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; MODIFYING THE
TRANSECT ZONE REGULATIONS THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO THE SUBJECT
