Miriam Santana Agenda Coordinator EE/ee Attachment CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 9.00 A.M., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source purchase of one thousand (1,000) SOP Inlet Filters with Stop Ocean Pollution, for pollution reduction and protection of the waterways and Biscayne Bay, from Eddie Lopez Technologies, LLC, located at 1801 Coral Way, Suite 315 Miami, Florida 33145, is the sole provider of this purchase, for the Department of Resilience and Public Ryfe .", Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item you may contact James Justin Griffin, Senior Procurement Contracting Officer, at the City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1949. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
