VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with
reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the
public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: * t
1. Discuss and proposal resolution authorizing the acceptance of special grant allocation of Community Development
Block Grant funds ("CDBG-CV3"), in the total amount of $4,771,821.00, and authorizing the allocation of such funds,
as specified below: (Agenda item deferred on January 28, 2021 CC Meeting)

2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of Emergency Rental Assistance funds in an amount of
$14,130,464.60 from United States Department of the Treasury and authorizing the allocation of such funds as
described below, and approving the establishment of an Emergency Rental Assistance program.

amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
t t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 5 days. The review and comment period
begin, Friday, February 5, 2021 and ends Wednesday, February 10, 2021. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/
amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, February 11, 2021 (Virtual Public Hearing) as
authorized by HUD.
