Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on January 28, 2021,
for the purpose of granting to the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT"), two (2) perpetual non-exclusive
easements, for certain portions of City -owned real property, the first easement located at 1950 Northwest 12
Avenue, containing approximately nine hundred four (904) square feet ("Parcel 801"), and the second easement
located at 1975 Northwest 12 Avenue, containing approximately three hundred forty-five (345) square feet ("Parcel
803" ).
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday,
January 28, 2021, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida,
33133, for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO GRANT TWO (2) PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS (COLLECTIVELY
"EASEMENT"), IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ("FDOT"), FOR CERTAIN PORTIONS OF CITY OF
MIAMI ("CITY") REAL PROPERTY, THE FIRST EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1950 NORTHWEST
12 AVENUE, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY NINE HUNDRED FOUR (904) SQUARE FEET
("PARCEL 801"), AND THE SECOND EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1975 NORTHWEST 12
AVENUE, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE (345) SQUARE
FEET ("PARCEL 803"), FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING TRAFFIC
SIGNAL MAST ARM(S), PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL HEADS, TRAFFIC CONTROLLER CABINET(S)
AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE DISCONNECT(S), SIDEWALK CURB RAMP(S), CURB(S) AND
GUTTER(S), AND PAVEMENT MAKING, IN, OVER, UNDER, UPON AND THROUGH SAID
EASEMENT AREA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
EASEMENT, CONTAINING A REVERTER PROVISION IF EITHER EASEMENT IS
ABANDONED OR DISCONTINUED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING AMENDMENTS AND
MODIFICATIONS, IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, AS MAY BE
NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE SAID EASEMENT.
Said proposed resolution may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the
hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or http://miamifl.igm2.com five days before the date of the Commission
Meeting.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the
proposed ordinance. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any
appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
