OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
MEMORANDUM
TO: Todd B. Hannon, City Clerk
FROM: Victoria Mendez, City Attorney, 41
DATE: February 5, 2021
RE: Resolution No. R-21-0031 - Authorize Donation of Surplus 1991 Ford Van
File No. 8374
At its January 28, 2021 meeting, the City Commission adopted the above referenced
agenda item, CA.2, classifying a 1991 Ford Van ("Vehicle") as surplus stock and authorizing its
donation to the Police Benevolent Association ("PBA") for the police museum. The item
inadvertently contained an incorrect description of the effective date of the Resolution in Section
5. Further, prior to the printing of the Agenda, the version of the legislation was inadvertently
incremented to Revision C, which is the version acted upon by the City Commission.
The Legislation has been corrected and incremented to Revision D.
