Please enter your public comment: I would like to express my opposition to the proposed Future Land Use Designation change for the property located at 4214 SW 3 Street. This change of land use opens the door for further encroachment of commercial land use towards existing residential properties located on SW 3rd Street. As a home owner on this street these are my concerns: 1)the impact of increased traffic due to the fact that ingress & egress to future commercial structures will need to be off of SW 3rd Street or SW 4th Street as it will not be allowed from LeJeune Road 2)the potential for insufficient parking contained within proposed future commercial developments and the likelihood of spillover parking on to the bordering residential side streets 3)the concern of being overshadowed by high rise development and the loss of privacy. I respectfully request that the Commission reconsider allowing this Land Use change and restudy the negative and detrimental effects of allowing rampant multi -story development with such immediate proximity to long standing residential neighborhoods.
