Manatee Holdings, LLC. As residents, we are excited about the establishment of Downtown Miami's first full - production Brewpub! Not only will this project provide a new place to frequent, meet, eat, drink, and celebrate; it means activated storefronts, pedestrian traffic, local programming by local operators, and — just as importantly — stable job growth and positive economic development in an otherwise challenged retail environment. The Flagler Business Improvement District has been working together with the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) towards creating an active `Caf6 District,' for the neighborhood; this would be an exciting addition long in the making!
