AN EXCEPTION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 7, SECTION 7.2.3.B.1 AND ARTICLE 7, SECTION 7.1.2.6 OF THE MIAMI 21 CODE TO PERMIT ALTERATIONS WHICH ENLARGE THE NONCONFORMITY OF A NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE TO AN EXTENT OF LESS THAN FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE; AND 3.
