Timing is everything and right now is not the time to put yet another project up in an area which already has limited access and space. I'm writing in reference to the new city lights that have gone up on our neighborhood. This new lamps are causing light pollution in our community and are intrusive in our homes. This is not the solution to crime prevention in our neighborhood.
