HomeMy WebLinkAboutScrivener's Error Memo City of Miami City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Legislation Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com Resolution: R-20-0314 File Number: 7830 Final Action Date: 10/8/2020 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), OF MIAMI OF THE PROPER TO SATISFACTION OF ALL CONDITIONS REQUIRED BY THE PLAT AND INCORPORATED, AND THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 55-8 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON THE PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND CAUSE THE RECORDATION OF THE PLAT IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Plat and Street Committee , established pursuant to Chapter 55 , at its meeting of March 19, 2015 and subsequent meetings of April 7, 2016, October 5, 2017, and April 4, 2019, reviewed orpus Christiand determined that all technical requirements have been met; and WHEREAS, October 2, 2021 is the expiration date of the Plat pursuant to the provisions of Section 252.363, Florida Statutes, and the Novel Coronavirus; and WHEREAS, the PSC recommends the acceptance of the Plat; and WHEREAS, the Miami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board, at its meeting on May 3, 2017, adopted Resolution No. PZAB-R-17-030 recommending approval of the vacation and closure of a portion of Northwest 7 Court, Miami, Florida within the Plat; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, at its meeting on June 22, 2017, adopted Resolution No. R-17-0314 closing, vacating, abandoning, and discontinuing for public use a portion of Northwest 7 Court, Miami, Florida within the Plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The Plat, which is a replat of the property described in Attachment 1, is accepted, in substantially the attached form and subject to satisfaction of all conditions required by the PSC as set forth in Exhibit , attached and incorporated, and the provisions contained in Section 55-8 of the City Code. The dedications shown on the Plat together with the dedications to the perpetual use of the public of all existing and future plantings, trees, and shrubbery on said dedications are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City. 1 Section 4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Plat and cause the same to be recorded in the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: 1 The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and 2 signature of the Mayor. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: 1 The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. 2 If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
